Where do we ship?

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. We currently ship within the United States only.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders ship from US-based warehouses. This means faster delivery times and no customs delays — your order ships domestically just like any other US retailer.

How long does delivery take?

Processing time	1–3 business days
Shipping time	4–7 business days
Estimated total	5–10 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes. Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can use this to follow your package in real time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

What if my order is delayed?

While most orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays can happen due to carrier volume or weather. If your order hasn't arrived after 12 business days, please contact us at support@rakujin.com and we'll look into it right away.
