30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns.

Eligible for return

• Item is unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging is intact
• All accessories and documentation are included
• Request is made within 30 days of delivery

Not eligible for return

• Items showing signs of use or wear
• Items damaged by misuse or improper handling
• Items returned without prior authorization

How to start a return

1. Email us at support@rakujin.co with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1–2 business days
3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at support@rakujin.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
